Legio Wargames

A fantastic set of American War of Independence rules by Andy Callan, originally published in the first edition of Miniature Wargames.

They inspired me to get out my Airfix plastics again and with the addition of newer 20mm plastics I built up both armies

Andy's invention of Disruption Points (DPs) to measure the state of a unit's status was inspired. I have adopted them in almost all of my own rule sets as they have proven to be an enduring and elegant mechanism - yet so simple!
